Charter Services – Terms & Conditions

All bookings with Surfside Buslines are made subject to the following terms and conditions. By confirming your booking, you confirm to us your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  1. Quotation

1.1 Prices provided in the Quote are current at the time of quotation and may be subject to change prior to confirmation of your Booking.

1.2. All Quotes provided by Surfside Buslines are subject to availability at the time of Booking.

1.3. All Prices quoted by Surfside Buslines include GST.

1.4. Any additional charges by third parties will be included in the quote. This includes but is not limited to road tolls, airport chargers & parking fees. These costs may change at any time and an additional invoice may be sent in the event of a pre-paid charter.

  1. Booking requirements

2.1 Our buses seat 50 – 61 people and we are permitted to carry up to 25 standing passengers (NB. Department of Transport and Main Roads excludes some roads from standing passengers. If the trip includes any of these roads Surfside will notify the customer). If you require all passengers to be seated, you must confirm your final passenger numbers to us no later than 3 days prior to charter service date.

2.2 Full payment of your charter booking must be paid in full 14 days prior to your travel date, unless you have a current account with Surfside Buslines.

2.3 Must be 18 years or older to book a charter bus or with a parent’s/guardian’s written and confirmed consent.

 

  1. Changes to your Booking

3.1 Any changes within 24 hours of travel must be made by contacting the Charter emergency line on 07 5552 2709 and Surfside Buslines reserve the right to charge an amendment fee in addition to any other applicable charges in relation to the amendment.

  1. Cancellations

4.1 100% cancellation fees apply should you cancel your charter inside 24 hours of the travel date booked.

  1. Damage to Vehicles

5.1 Cleaning Fee – A cleaning bond of $100 per vehicle may be requested at time of booking and refunded providing the vehicle is left undamaged and additional cleaning is not required.

5.2 Rubbish on vehicle(s) – Passengers must remove all rubbish on exiting the vehicle.
