1. Do you go to Brisbane Airport? If not who can I contact?
  Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle services the Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airport only. For Brisbane Airport transfers we suggest you contact Coachtrans on ph: 07 3358 9700 or http://www.coachtrans.com.au or Airtrain Connect (07) 5597 3949 or http://www.airtrain.com.au
   
2. Can I travel to Brisbane with a Gold Pass or Freedom Pass ?
 

No, the Gold and Freedom Passes only cover public bus transport on the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast regions from as far south as Pottsville in New South Wales to as far north as Beenleigh.

Door to door* Airport transfers with Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle operate between Hope Island in Queensland to as far south as Kingscliff, New South Wales. Door to door* Theme Park transfers with Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle operate from as far south as Twin Towns, Tweed Heads.

   
3. If I am staying for 8 days do I have to buy a 10 day Freedom Pass?
  The return transfer to Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airport is valid for 30 days from the date of issue therefore a 7 Day Freedom pass would be more suited and economical.
   
4. Do I have to book a ticket prior to arriving at the Gold Coast?
  Tickets can be pre purchased through an agent or via the Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle website. As Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle meets all flights into the Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airport, tickets can also be purchased direct from our counters. Pre purchasing is not necessary.
   
5. Can I take my pet on your bus?
  Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle only permits Guide Dogs to travel on our service.
   
6. Do you provide baby seats for infants?
  Baby seats/capsules are not provided by Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle. As infants travel free, they are to be nursed by the parent.
   
7. Are your buses wheelchair friendly?
  Gold Coast Tourist Shuttle will endeavour to assist those in wheelchairs, however we can only cater for those in a foldable wheelchair. Passengers will need to board the service with minimum assistance by drivers. For occupational heath and safety reasons, drivers cannot carry passengers to their seats.
   
8. Can I carry on my surfboard?
  Surfboards are carried although we do not guarantee we will be able to carry anything longer than 6 foot 7. Surfboards are carried at passenger's own risk and the discretion of the driver. Surfboards are stored in the luggage bins and cannot be taken on board the bus.
   
9. Are Pensioner Rates Available?
 

Pension rates are available however cannot be pre purchased on the internet. Centrelink Pensioner and Veterans' Affairs Concession cards are the only cards acceptable for pension discount and must be shown when tickets are purchased or issued. Discount applies to the primary card holder only. Overseas pension cards are not accepted. Example of concession cards.

   
10. If I fly in at 8pm does this mean my ticket will expire at 8pm?
  Passes are valid for consecutive days from the first day of use regardless of arrival time. Expiry time is midnight.
